This client came to us with a bold vision to build a studio/gallery behind her home. “Make it look like a spaceship”, she said. We welcomed the challenge! The old garage had Apollo galvanized metal siding on it by a historic manufacturer called The American Sheet Metal and Plate Company. We salvaged a piece and gave it to her to hang in the new space as a nod to the former garage’s history. The piece was later used as inspiration for a gallery show.
